Payment Options

For orders to be delivered to 1200 Main St, a department number will be required before checkout.

For personal orders to be delivered to the user direct;  the following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  No department number is required. Shipping will be charged to the order. 

Shipping

For all orders placed between Thursday morning - Wednesday afternoon, delivery will be on Thursday morning to the 1200 Main St. mailroom - from there they will be dispersed to your location or appropriate floor. 

For all personal orders, we will process and ship out within 24 hours.  UPS Ground is the preferred method. 

Rush Orders: If this is a rush order and you need items immediately, please contact customer service and we will do everything we can to get them turned around by your in-hands date. 

Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

For personal order shipping to your home: Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight and dimensions of your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency. All orders will ship via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested.

Backorders: This site does not allow for backorders. 

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado and Texas state addresses, in accordance with state regulations. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Kentucky.


Ordering and Shipping Confirmations
After order placement, you will receive email confirmations. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.  You will also receive an email, confirming the amount your credit card will be billed, if using a credit card.  If this is a personal order, you will be notified when your order ships, with tracking information.

 

Delivery to Post Office Box
Product cannot be delivered to Post Office box addresses.


Returns
Returns will be accepted for damaged or defective merchandise, or if you did not receive the product ordered, returns will be accepted for up to 30 days after order placement. 


For personal returns:

Repack merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.  On the front of the packing slip, indicate the reason for the return.  

Return to:  Evergy Company Store Fulfillment, 8406 Melrose, Lenexa, KS 66214.

Grapevine Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

For company PO ordered returns: All returns can come back to mailroom at 1200 Main St.


Order Status and History
You may request information about your order by calling 1-866-404-4869. Please have your order number ready so we can help you more quickly and accurately. If your call is received after business hours, it will be returned the next business day.
